KREISEL Pneumatic Conveying Systems are suitable for conveying all kinds of bulk materials. Conveyor distances range to over 1,000 meters, whereas conveying rates reach more than 200 t/h. High-pressure rotary valves, blow-through rotary valves, pressure vessel systems, jet feeders or airlifts, all of these are manufactured by KREISEL in Germany. The accessory components required for the installation of complete conveying systems are also produced in-house.

The KREISEL engineers are experienced experts from whom you receive the complete engineering, all components, as well as the installation of the plant including commissioning. In addition, KREISEL expertly designs the required silo equipment: from filling and filter technology to sensor systems and discharge and dosing technology. The KREISEL dosing roller, the KREISEL silo chute and the KREISEL flow control gate (DosFeed) makes it possible that trucks, wagons, or ships can be loaded from the silos within a very short amount of time. KREISEL also provides complete terminals for mixing and loading bulk materials.

Kreisel air slides (AeroFeed) are used for dust-free and low-energy transport of fluidizable bulk materials. The bulk material is fluidized on a fabric conveyor with the help of an aeration fan and transported with a specific inclination of the air slide, which is selected depending on the bulk material. The product portfolio is rounded off by dosing rollers, chute dividers, chute diverters and bottom dischargers.
